Success through appreciation!

An appreciation of others is essential for a cooperation to succeed in a workplace featuring a diverse range of personalities. It is a form of value creation:
We achieve our goals through an extremely good and close cooperation between multinational colleagues in addition to with international businesses and candidates.

At the same time, the shared location is important to us, as communication dynamics and creativity can be developed and synergy effects exploited in this way. Central to this notion is our international “way of thinking”:

  • We support our Dutch colleagues in the search for an Austrian manager for the Austrian branch of a Dutch company
  • Our Russian colleagues assist their Japanese counterparts in the search for a Russian country manager for a Japanese company with experience of working for an international company and whose personality will fit into the cultural setting of a Japanese company
